INTERNAL FITINGS
Concrete ballast installed into bitumen prepared base lined with felt
Floors are constructed from 18mm exterior grade plywood, the underside and painted with bitumen
Polyurethane sprayed foam insulation.
All windows, toughened glass, and to customers spec
Cabin side and roof lined with oak ash or maple veneered ply. ( T&G optional extra - POA)
Bulkhead are manufactured from veneer panels Hardwood trims throughout the boat to suit interior
Interior woodwork finished in a hard wearing two-pack lacquer 70% sheen
Exterior woodwork finished in quality ext varnish
Carpets, curtains, upholstery, tiles & work surfaces, chosen to customer specification from a selected range

SERVICES
Water system:
Hot water supplied from twin coil calorifier which is heated from the engine and central heating if fitted
Pipe work and connections are executed in Hep20 as this is less susceptible to frost damage than copper
12v Electrics:
Cabin electrical services are supplied by two - 12v 110amp hour leisure batteries, charged by the engine alternator via a split charge relay or second alternator ( if fitted) to avoid discharging the engine start battery. All wiring will be heavy gauge multi-strand cable. All circuits will be designed to produce less voltage drop than required CE certification. Individual circuits are distributed via a 10-way distribution board with amp meter and are protected by miniture circuit breakers. Heavy duty master switches will be fitted with removable keys.
Individually switched brass framed with teak base 12v halogen roof lights in each cabin. Brass down lights under all overhead cupboard, wall lights in lounge and dining room.
240v Electrics:
240v electrical services are supplied by landline hook-up to a ring main with four double brass sockets located to customer specification. Protected by 16amp RCD
Paintwork:
Total five coats of top quality marine paint in choice of colours and coachline
Fully blacked below top rubbing strake
Roof, gunwales, fore and aft decks all have non-slip surfaces
Aft Deck:
Weather proofed timber decking on cruiser and semi traditional
Recreational Craft Directive:
All our fully fitted boats are designed and constructed to the Recreational Craft Directive and come complete with boat manual and CE plate
Warranty:
All new boats built will be supplied with 12 months guarantee against parts & labour
